Root:1 Cabernet Sauvignon

Tried this with my partner tonight, the bottle is unique, the label is painted on and it is a grapevine with a root sticking deep into the ground. Earthy and better than I expected for a Chilean wine. Pairs well with Ahi Sliders.

Recipe for Ahi sliders:
1/2 pound of fresh Ahi Tuna
10 Fresh basil leaves
2 Tsp pasta sauce
1 Tsp parmesan cheese
3 pinch salt
1 dash cayene pepper

Put everything but Ahi in food processor, mix well. Add and lightly food process Ahi, do not grind into oblivion. Form pattie, cook in skillet like any other slider. Serve on flat bread. Yummm.
